PRICE DROPPED – 1990 KUBICKI FACTOR FRETLESS BASS – WHITE FINISH
$3,500.00 $3,900.00
Immaculate condition for this 34 years old Fretless Fender Custom Shop made Kubicki Factor Bass. These basses were designed by the mad responsible for some of Fenders greatest innovations to be a true workhorse for a new breed of bass player. Not many of them around and very few fretless. Beside a very old refinish (looks like a factory one but it’s hard to verify) the bass is in original condition and sounds unreal. Neck is straight with a low action and zero dead spots and the tone will instantly bring you back to the eighties. Great bass and one to have for any bass collector out there.

1977 Fender Precision Bass in Original Natural finish
Very nice condition Fender Precision Bass, made in 1977 in the US. This bass has a really nice neck profile , not too heavy sitting at 4.4kg and has a really nice growl, classic of this Fender era . All original , just had some copper shielding applied inside the electronic cavity to get a rid of any sort of hum but it’s just copper tape , so easy to remove (I wouldn’t as it’s an improvement and doesn’t devalue it). Frets in good condition and trussrod moves smooth left and right with zero issues. Action in low with no buzz and the original pots and pickups works like new. Great player and a beautiful looking instrument.
1994 US Ernie Ball Musicman Sterling Bass in Mint Condition With Original Case
Another bass from my personal time machine. This Musicman Sterling Bass is an absolute stunner . Not to be confused with the Asian Musicman Sterling sub brand , this is the original USA Sterling model and it’s based on the stingray, but with a thinner neck and more tonal options. Perfect, not one mark or scuff equipped with the sought after original Flea high mass bridge with mutes. Gorgeous Birdseye maple neck and the sunburst finish is just spot on. Comes with the rare short tolex case which was only available for the first few months of production of this American Musicman Ernie Ball model. A great bass, as a player or collector piece. Renowned for its slightly smaller body and neck profile, the Sterling 4 string bass boasts a big sound. Nine volt active 3 band EQ preamp, 3 position pickup selector switch, and a ceramic humbucker with hum canceling phantom coil come standard, equipping the Sterling to cut through any mix. The optional addition of a pickup in the neck position adds even more versatility to this innovative bass. The Sterling delivers comfort, functionality, and the precision craftsmanship and attention to detail you’ve come to expect from Ernie Ball Music Man.
1954 Fender Precision Bass – ONE OF THE FIRST 1200 FENDER BASSES EVER MADE
One of the nicest example from the first generation of the Fender Precision Bass. With a graciously aged butterscotch finish, it’s just perfection and plays beautifully as you would expect from one of these 51-54 Pbasses. Detlef Schmidt is the author of what’s considered the most accurate book about the first generation of the Precision Bass, he collected as many serial numbers as he could and this one is featured on his list. The neck has a great patina with the classic finish wear at the back, which is common to these early 40s and 50s Fender instruments. Flat head screw on tuners, neckplate and pick guard as supposed for these. Original covers still there and came with a tweed case that looks like may have been externally modified but looks all original inside, although is hard to confirm. Bass is completely original, with pots perfectly working as well as the black bobbin pickup and the original paper capacitor. It came in with a reissue pickup but the original 1954 black bobbin (which sounds amazing) was inside the tweed case and is now back with the bass and rest of the wiring is untouched. The finish has a gorgeous checking and looks like they patched a couple of extra screws holes (possibly a thumb rest) but they are barely noticeable. Bass is very light and resonant with an incredible sustain due to the string through the body. The pencil dates are unfortunately not legible anymore but the serial of this bass is present on the bridge and can be found on Detlef Schmidt’s book. These early models are becoming incredibly hard to come by and this one is a great example.

Fender Jazz Bass made in 1973 in USA , with the fairly rare maple neck with ebony block inlays and binding.
All original beside a brass nut installed by a precious owner.
Neck is slim and super comfortable with a very low action and sustain for days.

These early 70s JB are much more sought after than later ones because of the original 4 screw neckplate which is meant to add more sustain and stability to the instrument neck joint.

1975 Fender Precision Bass in Sunburst finish
Great 50 years old Fender Precision Bass in excellent condition with a superb tone and feel. All original beside replaced knobs, this 1975 American Fender Pbass is a phenomenal player. The beautiful ash body gives the bass an amazing sustain and articulation, where the rosewood fretboard smoothes the tone to perfection. The original pickguard has a little crack next to jack input but it’s stable and original but I will provide a spare pickguard in case you wanna swap it . Comes with hard case
1976 Fender Precision Bass in Original Natural finish With Original Hard Case
Really nice wood grain for this 1976 Fender Precision Bass.
This 49 years old stunner is very light and makes the perfect player without breaking the bank.
Has been played but it’s still all original and retain the natural factory finish.
Frets were quite worn so it had a professional regret and has no buzz and a nice low action now.
Like most of the natural finished fender from this era , a fair bit of the clear coat peeled but the undercoat and sealant are still intact and in good condition and had some clear poly touch up.
The pickguard retains the original sticker with serial matching the headstock one.
Body and neck stamped armenta which is consider one of the best fender workers of his time.
Pots and pickups dated 1976 with untouched solder joints.
Overall a great instrument with a solid B profile neck and a marvellous tone and a very light and comfortable weight.
Comes with original vintage Fender hard case

It has also been sprayed in a matte satin clear and has a Funk Plate and Ramp, both veneered in tiger myrtle to match the jarrah binding and bridge. String Spacing: Classic (approx 19mm between strings at the bridge) Due to the low serial number, a unique build and the addition of customer requested mods, this bass has true potential for collectibility. A few notes: This is only the second bass we’ve made with a zero radius fingerboard. Note the cypress veneer over the laminates in the centre of the body. This is only the second instrument on which we’ve veneered over the laminates. In addition to the Funk Plate a ramp has been added between the rear pickup and bridge. This is the first bass on which we’ve ever installed a ramp. Both the Funk Plate and the ramp have been surfaced with Tasmainian tiger myrtle. For greater durability the top has been sprayed in a satin matte lacquer over the original hand rubbed oil.
