1976 Fender Precision Bass in Original Natural finish With Original Hard Case

Highlights:

Really nice wood grain for this 1976 Fender Precision Bass.

This 49 years old stunner is very light and makes the perfect player without breaking the bank.

Has been played but it’s still all original and retain the natural factory finish.

Frets were quite worn so it had a professional regret and has no buzz and a nice low action now.

Like most of the natural finished fender from this era , a fair bit of the clear coat peeled but the undercoat and sealant are still intact and in good condition and had some clear poly touch up.

The pickguard retains the original sticker with serial matching the headstock one.

Body and neck stamped armenta which is consider one of the best fender workers of his time.

Pots and pickups dated 1976 with untouched solder joints.

Overall a great instrument with a solid B profile neck and a marvellous tone and a very light and comfortable weight.

Comes with original vintage Fender hard case

PRCE DROPPED – 1977 GIBSON THUNDERBIRD BICENTENNIAL BASS IN SUNBURST FINISH WITH ORIGINAL CASE

Highlights:
Great condition for this rare Gibson US made 1977 Thunderbird Bass from the limited Bicentennial edition. These basses were only produced form 1976 to 1979 and less than 2000 were made, according to Gibson. This one is all original and its surprisingly light with a phenomenal sustain and such an incredible tone. The neck is slim and comfortable and action is nice and low. Frets are in good condition and everything works as it should. The original alnico pickup are just magic and the high output is quite amazing considering they are nearly 50 old. Strap pin has been moved and original screw hole professionally filled but that’s all. The original Black tolex hard case is in great nick too with all the original latches working as they should . One for collectors and players.

A very rare bass , completely hand made in New Zealand by the genius of Tomm Stanley . They are made using a very unique design and locally sourced timber. Comes with the original branded gig bag Here is a full description from the Stonefield website Topwood: Cypress Fingerboard: Solomon Island Ebony Fingerboard Markers: Burghundy within White Gem Dots Fingerboard Radius: Zero Hardware: Titanium/blue Binding: – fine line: Australian Blackwood Sap – thick edge: Jarrah Nut: Jarrah Back of Neck Finish: Natural An M Series with a twist; This one was built to a unique set of specifications and is one of only two basses we’ve ever built with a zero-radius fingerboard and a centre veneer on the front covering the laminates of the through-body core. It has also been sprayed in a matte satin clear and has a Funk Plate and Ramp, both veneered in tiger myrtle to match the jarrah binding and bridge. String Spacing: Classic (approx 19mm between strings at the bridge) Due to the low serial number, a unique build and the addition of customer requested mods, this bass has true potential for collectibility. A few notes: This is only the second bass we’ve made with a zero radius fingerboard. Note the cypress veneer over the laminates in the centre of the body. This is only the second instrument on which we’ve veneered over the laminates. In addition to the Funk Plate a ramp has been added between the rear pickup and bridge. This is the first bass on which we’ve ever installed a ramp. Both the Funk Plate and the ramp have been surfaced with Tasmainian tiger myrtle. 1963 Fender Jazz Bass in Sunburst finish – Pre CBS – With Original Case

From the 4th year of production, this 61 years old Fender Jazz Bass is just perfection. Great weight, amazing tone, super comfortable neck profile, coveted Brazilian rosewood fretboard and a stunning 3 tone sunburst finish, all topped by the original rare cream tolex hard case, which was only made for less than a year. The alder body is resonant and light, finished in a beautiful 3 colour sunburst where the red hasn’t faded and still nice and vibrant. The pickguard doesn’t have cracks or the common snapped horns and doesn’t show signs of shrinking. The original 1963 pots work without scratches and the black bobbin pickups sounds delightful. Straight neck with a fully functional trussrod and a nice and smooth profile , so comfortable to play. Pickups covers in great condition as the rest of the original hardware. One for players and collectors.

1968 RICKENBACKER 4001 BASS IN FIREGLO FINISH WITH ORIGINAL HARD CASE

Highlights:

Absurdly rare, these 60s rickenbacker 4001 basses are some of the most sought after instruments on the planet , and for a good reason.

Completely unmolested and inside the original case, this bass is something else.

Crushed pearl inlays, checkerboard binding , toaster pickup, horseshoe pickup, mono jack input , bigger headstock , reversed kluson tuners.

All features only available through the 60s and discontinued the following decade when production ramped up.

Apparently only 83 fireglo 68 4001 were produced and this is a perfect example of the craftmanship and attention to details of those days.

Phenomenal tone, great weight and really nice neck profile.

The original case has seen better days and has been over sprayed but it’s still there and that’s all it matters.

PRICE DROPPED – Rare Wrought Iron Thruster N1 Handmade Germanium Fuzz – US boutique pedal

Highlights:
Super rare pedal complete with manual and original box. Less than 100 made and he is not making these anymore. From their website: The N-1 is a 4 Stage Germanium transistor Fuzz with a crazy oscillation switch. It feature NOS Soviet Transistors and ammeter with acid-etched graphics on a medium weathered Cold War Red powder coated enclosure. Each N-1 is almost completely hand-built. I start with laser cut aluminum plate, but from there, I do everything myself in the Wrought Iron shop. Metal prep, acid etching of graphics, powdercoating, bending the plates to shape, sanding the graphics, polishing, waxing, building & wiring the circuits, pedal assembly, and final testing and tweaking. These are truly hand-built pedals. Note: Due to the extreme hand built nature of the N-1 Germanium Carrier Rocket pedal and the fact that each enclosure is individually acid etched, your pedal will be unique. Some have a little more aggressive etch, some have a little less aggressive.
