Stunning Fender Jazz Bass from the coveted pre cbs L series. This Bass is nice and light with great sustain and all the features discontinued not long after Leo Fender sold the company to CBS in 1965. Beside a professional re-fret and nitro refinish, this beauty is all original, with pots and pickups dated correctly . Hardware is in great condition and reverse kluson tuners still work like a charm. Discontinued Brazilian Rosewood fretboard and clay dots, with a neck profile amongst the best I have ever played. 1974 Fender JAZZ Bass in Original Natural finish With TOLEX Hard Case

Beautiful condition for this 1974 Fender Jazz Bass, completely original with covers and tolex hard case. Neck is slim and super comfortable, action nice and low with that Marcus Miller growl that only a maple fretboard 70s Jazz Bass can achieve. Sustain for days, beautiful original natural finish with just a little bit of buckle rush on the back of the body and a couple of little lacquer chips but in great condition overall. The original electronic works as it should with pickup and pits all dated 1974.
The original Fender black tolex case it’s in great nick too with all latches working and the factory pickup covers are still nice and shiny . Great collector piece and an absolute tone monster.

1975 Fender Precision Bass in Original Natural finish With Fender Hard Case

Very nice and clean vintage Fender Precision Bass, especially considering this beauty is 49 years old. Made in 1975 in USA by Fender in factory natural finish with amazing tone and heaps of sustain. The body has the typical hairline checking of a a nearly 50 years old aged finish and the original white pickguard looks so pretty on it. Great condition on frets, fretboard, trussrod moving smooth left and right and the original pots and pickups are in perfect working condition. Capacitor replaced before I got it but pots and pickups untouched and all dated 1975. All the original hardware is in great nick as well. Sitting at 4.3 Kg , all original (just a set of newer straplock installed), this instrument has one of the nicest aged finish with all the checking running through giving it a very sought after “rainfall” effect.

1976 Fender Precision Bass in Original Natural finish With Original Hard Case

Really nice wood grain for this 1976 Fender Precision Bass.
This 49 years old stunner is very light and makes the perfect player without breaking the bank.
Has been played but it’s still all original and retain the natural factory finish.
Frets were quite worn so it had a professional regret and has no buzz and a nice low action now.
Like most of the natural finished fender from this era , a fair bit of the clear coat peeled but the undercoat and sealant are still intact and in good condition and had some clear poly touch up.
The pickguard retains the original sticker with serial matching the headstock one.
Body and neck stamped armenta which is consider one of the best fender workers of his time.
Pots and pickups dated 1976 with untouched solder joints.
Overall a great instrument with a solid B profile neck and a marvellous tone and a very light and comfortable weight.

1977 GIBSON THUNDERBIRD BICENTENNIAL BASS IN SUNBURST FINISH WITH ORIGINAL CASE

Great condition for this rare Gibson US made 1977 Thunderbird Bass from the limited Bicentennial edition. These basses were only produced form 1976 to 1979 and less than 2000 were made, according to Gibson. This one is all original and its surprisingly light with a phenomenal sustain and such an incredible tone. The neck is slim and comfortable and action is nice and low. Frets are in good condition and everything works as it should. The original alnico pickup are just magic and the high output is quite amazing considering they are nearly 50 old. Strap pin has been moved and original screw hole professionally filled but that’s all. The original Black tolex hard case is in great nick too with all the original latches working as they should . One for collectors and players.

1978 Fender Precision Bass in Rare Wine Red finish With Original Hard Case
